Farm it, or trade for the Prime

Base Lavos cannot be traded — no player can sell you one, so the drops above are the only route to it. Lavos Prime is tradeable, and its set goes for about 20p. If you want the frame rather than the mastery rank, buying the Prime is usually quicker than grinding the base.
